「I needed a room near the train station at the last minute so I could catch an early flight back home the next morning. Hotel Rishon was a fantastic find that had just completed renovations and provided a clean, safe, elegant and welcoming stay. It’s on the north side of the station which has fewer youth hostels and more govt offices so it’s a little less frenetic than the south side of the station. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「We stayed in the top-floor family room at Roma Varese, which included two separate beds and a double sofa bed. Unfortunately, the overall experience in the room was not very good. While the space is generous, it was noticeably dusty upon arrival—both the room and the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. 「The best are very hard and walls were thin. The air conditioning works good. The soaps and shampoos- just plan to bring your own. Lots of graffiti outside the building. The staff were great. As others have said the TVs are tiny but we didn’t even use ours once. It wasn’t a bad stay, but there are probably better and more central to everything.」

「The room is spacious and clean. But there is no cleaning service for staying less than 7 nights, and the sofa bed is sagged and uncomfortable. It is close to tram stop, so it’s convenient but noisy at night. 」
