We asked one if the staff to make a reservation for a table of a restaurant but they never get back to us. On the day we left we asked the staff to book a taxi to the airport. At first the staff said the Taxi will arrive in 10-20mins. After 30 mins they said the Taxi is not coming and asked us to get the...
