「BigLand Hotel Bogor gave me excellent service with a free upgrade. When I got sick, the staff truly cared for me. Clean rooms, multiple restaurants, and a beautiful rooftop with live music. Only issue: nearby mosques start at 4 a.m., but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, very happy stay!」

「Room is dark, feeling bad. Bath room door cannot close properly, need your hand to help while bathing...check out time in the morning around 5am, but no one at the counter, May be sleeping inside a room behind counter...」

「Overall, my stay for a business trip was decent, and being so close to Aeon Mall was a bonus. Surprisingly, there was no hair dryer in the room. You had to call the front desk to get one, and when it finally arrived, it was outdated, super slow, and way too noisy. Also, no extendable makeup mirror, which feels like a pretty standard amenity these days. Just a couple of basics that were missing, which could’ve made the stay smoother and more efficient.」
