"The service at this hotel was amazing. Each morning the refrigerator was fully restocked with complementary juices and water, The room was restocked with complementary dried fruit, cookies, coffee and tea each morning as well. The staff was super friendly getting around was easy. The hotel even partned with the restaurant next door to offer a cooking class. We thoroughly enjoyed the class! No complaints at all. We had a terrific stay!"

"We lived spending a last day in Rome before flying back home. Best Western Hôtel Rome Airport arranged a taxi to drive us to Coliseum so we could visit Rome's beautiful monuments! After returning from our afternoon visit , we dipped in the pool that uses salt water (no chlorine, yeah!!). The pool lounge is really neat. The rooms are comfy and just enough for a night. The Concorde restaurant is a must-have dinner with excellent choice of food and drinks. We will return to this hotel next time we fly out of Fiumicino airport! "
