"Best of line service I’ve ever had. Location is near 2 subway intersection. Everything's great except the window is not so clean for my 33rd floor room. Pity for such a wonderful view."

"Overall it's a nice stay. Room is clean, quite quiet on my floor. And staff made you feel welcomed. Their toiletries are Crabtree & Evelyn. Though in very small bottles, it's enough for one day use.
