「The lady at the desk had a very bad attitude. My dad came to bring me dinner and immediately she called to ask him to leave. Mind you this is 3 in the afternoon. The refrigerator was broke and leaked and they did nothing to resolve the issue. Overpriced for the service you get」

「There was nothing unique or special about the stay. My husband has a service dog which the proper documentation was provided at check in a waiver was signed as well, the next morning the room phone rings asking what type of service did the dog provide, that shouldn’t matter what type of service she provided you was shown proof. 「Older building but well maintained. We had stayed here previously a few years ago and it seems much nicer now! I am a breakfast person and the breakfast here is EXCELLENT! I will come back and stay here just for the breakfast when I'm in Richmond.
