"It took almost an hour to get checked in because the front desk man had no idea what he was doing. He was also trying to double charge me and another customer who was in front of me. In addition to him being very disrespectful and asking if me and another customer wanted to stay somewhere else because we were all frustrated and very disgusted by his poor customer service. I’ve traveled to many hotels around the world and this was one of the worst experiences ever. HIGHLY don’t recommend coming...

"It was nice and clean. bunch of dinning options near the hotel. Staff was kind and professional. Their front lobby was really clean and it smells good and refreshing i think it was under the shift of Aden. I would say a well-trained staff. And rooms were also clean. I liked staying here."
"This hotel was in the midst of upgrading it's facility. However, the room was clean and spacious and readily accommodated our stay. We didn't get a chance to take advantage of the breakfast, but the food variety looked appealing. "
