The day we were to arrive we got a message from the hotel to say that they were undergoing renovations and they would refund us for our breakfast charges and give us a free to-go breakfast one day. They emailed me to say they had found them and I’d need to send them £30 to get them sent back to me. I then received another email from them saying that they had not found the trousers and they would send me £20 as a gesture of goodwill since...

Was ist passiert: Beim Einchecken war das Hotel leider nicht in der Lage zu verifizieren, dass wir über Expedia gebucht haben und Expedia dem Hotel das Geld (standardmäßig) über eine virtuelle Kreditkarte schon vor Wochen gutgeschrieben hatte.
