「Our stay here was nothing short of spectacular. The view from our suite's balcony was gorgeous, and the hotel management truly went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted - both in the hotel and even outside the hotel with things like getting the very best with restaurants/transportation. I can't recommend this place enough, and we are already talking about going back some day.」

「Negative experience. The room was dirty, facilities broken, e.g.: WC and sink were leaking water. When telling this to the host, he mentioned that rooms are cleaned every day, if that is true (which we do not believe), the standard of cleaning is equal to non-existent. Also he said that someone will be sent to solve the bathroom leakages, but it did not happen. 」

「The level of friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was simply outstanding. As a small boutique hotel they will never be able to compete with larger hotels but teh experiene was transformed by the fact that they consistently went out of their way to be helpful and one staff member especially ( a lovely lady from Bali) was a goldmine of helpful information about local facilities and options for sightseeing/recreation and good restaurants in the area.
