「We had a great stay. Customer service was excellent and the property and the view from it are beautiful. Petro at the front desk and Alberto at the pool both gave us excellent service. Only suggestion would be to add coffee machines in the room but other then that, I would rate the experience a ten out of ten. We would definitely come back again.」

「Gezin met 2 volw. En 2 kinderen (8 en 10). Dit hotel hadden we zodat we de volgende dag konden inchecken bij de camping. De locatie is prachtig. Veel groen. Het gebouw is autentiek.. heerlijke italiaanse sfeer. Kamer was ruim met een extra ruimte waar een stapelbed stond voor de kids. Daarnaast was een verzorgingssetje met wattenstaafjes batmuts etc. Ook zaymten er sloffen bij.. perfect. Ontbijt was ook heerlijk.. netjes.. genoeg keuze.. Aanrader!」

「Das WLAN funktioniert zwar, setzt jedoch ständig aus und ist nur außerhalb des Mobilhomes an der Ecke halbwegs nutzbar. Rückfragen dazu an der Rezeption wurden abgewiesen, es würde funktionieren. Bei der Beschreibung der Unterkunft war nicht klar definiert, ob Handtücher enthalten sind. Es waren keine inklusive. Das Mobilheim war in Einzellagen bei Dauercampern neben der Sanitäreinrichtung - nicht schlimm - aber doch seltsam. Das Mobilheim selbst war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, am Gasherd...

「L’emplacement et les lieux son parfait, cependant on remarque qu’il y a un manque d’attention. L’hôtel semble être laissez aller. Je considère cet hôtel comme un 3 étoiles et demi, mais pas un 4 étoiles. Manque de service, pas de café dans les chambres, deco pas au goût du jour. Il y a 30, il devait être un magnifique hôtel mais aujourd’hui n’est plus ce qu’il a été 」

「Une catastrophe ! Hôtel de routier à prix scandaleux : hyper bruyant car sur la route, étouffant d'été car inconcevable d'ouvrir la fenêtre vu le bruit et une climatisation hyper faible (bridée ??) et tellement bruyante que c'en est indécent ! Table et chaises sur terrasse sales, signe d'un manque d'attention...et de goût. La vue sur le lac perd son intérêt. Chambre tristounette à souhait (mobilier à 3 sous). Seul le petit-déjeuner était correct et copieux.」

「This is not a 4 stars hotel. The rooms are smoker rooms (they do not separate rooms for non-smokers) and the room I had smelled really bad. The food (breakfast) is mediocre and the service is bellow average. The place is difficult to reach and the parking was difficult, with multiple places fully used and a garage with difficult access. The room furniture is very basic. The views are very good, that is the highlight of the hotel. Not comparable to all other 4* hotels that I reserved in the...
