「Very pleasant experience! The host was very nice and gracious, very helpful and knew English well. Before I arrived they wrote to me on WhatsApp, asking when I'll arrive so they can welcome me and explain to me everything. I had trouble finding taxi and she helped me with it which was a life saver for me. The place is very pretty, and has a very pleasant atmosphere, with a faint smell of a scented candle, optimal temperature and soft instrument music. The room was very clean and was cleaned...

「Very hard to find the exact location. Wifi not working, but Staff insisted my phone and computer problem. Breakfast included, but have to pay service charge for $9 per person per night, which not clearly stated in the description. The room smells a bit stuffy. 」

「Our stay was great, included breakfast, able to walk up, yes, lots of uphill to the Cathedral. The Campo was a bit further past the Cathedral, easy downhill walk. The host greeted us as planned, our checkin was smooth. Check out was also easy.I had trouble getting a taxi back to the train station, a communication problem. The walk was not too bad, there are escalators and moving walkways.」

「This hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to Il Campo but is also in a quiet area with less touristy restaurants. Our room was quiet and very clean. Check in was with a room code. Very easy. It is about a 30-35 minute walk from train station to hotel which can be a bit tiring with some mild inclines. 」
