"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and a great view of Mount Fuji (san). Good location for everything in the area such as the Ropeway, Fuji-Q and lots of restaurants "

"The location is very convenient and the area is quiet. Since there is no parking place provided by hotel, you have to park around 5 mins away."

"This was my favorite accommodation in Japan. It was very cozy and made me feel home. We had the Sennari room. There were 4 beds in two rooms but we only used two. "I never saw an image of the exterior of the building in the advertisement on Expedia. I never read that access to the upper floor was via a steep staircase which made carrying two suitcases to one’s room difficult. The room was fine but the experience frankly disappointing."

"Great property and close to the station"

"Staff was so friendly and the villa is soooooooo nice. "

"Spotless very clean. Great beds, hot water, easy to find"

""I absolutely loved my stay here! The apartment is brand new, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth. Best of all, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the train station and Nohi Bus Center, yet it remains very quiet and peaceful at night. I would definitely stay here again!"
