「We stayed one night. Wouldn't have stayed more than that. I didn't even want to take a shower. Beds were dirty. I told the lady about it at the front desk and she just said she would tell the cleaning lady. Pool was dangerous with weird angles. Shower had tiles missing, and water would come out without fully closing the water valve. Would not recommend.」

「The staff was amazing, we had a great stay, they let us stay an extra night on short notice, and let us keep our suitcases at the hotel for the day. They also let us check in a few hours early. Very accommodating and the free breakfast is really good! All fresh. I would really recommend staying here, and it is a short walk to the boats. Staff is amazing!!」

「The hotel was clean, nice and spacious well maintained. However, the staff on the front desk are not friendly nor trained well. Although the property is not cheap, we didn’t feel welcome. We arrived to the airport and spent five hours in the taxi to get to the hotel on the lake. It was 2:00 o’clock, traveling all night and half a day, still, the front desk staff refused to give us our room although it was ready. They said they don’t give the key before 3:00 o’clock even if the room is...
