A short stay between layovers for two adults in a queen room. Male staff member on the front desk at 1am was pleasant and efficient. Novotel Christchurch Airport
Dreadful - oversold our room, left us without a room at the hotel at 1am, with the backup option 15 min shuttle away. Did not let us know ahead of time, instead surprised us upon check in. Stay somewhere else nearby. Disgraceful.
