Check in a breeze and the room was immaculate and they had even turned the heater on for us! Highly recommend. So close to town and hagley park and our dog was welcomed.

The property it’s good an nice unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool even it’s heated pool it is not it was so cold so kids couldn’t use it which was a shame apart of that the room was great .

Our stay at Ashford motor lodge was very good! An absolutely clean and comfy place to stay. Super comfy beds, a great location around food places and shops. The pool was super cold but very good on a hot day, it was just a little dirty at the bottom but not off putting. The main downfall about this place was the Carpark. It was super tight and when full hard to get around. Another little downfall was when I checked it’s I got greeted but didn’t get much info about the place such as the places rules and pool times, leading me to look it up myself. Luckily there’s a book in the room that has the rules but would’ve preferred to be told upon arrival as that’s what usually happens when I check into places. Overall a very solid stay.

Great place to stay. Room was really spacious, modern and newly decorated. Good shower. Soaps etc. replenish daily. Daily housekeeping and plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate provided. Cooking facilities basic but sufficient to prepare evening meal. Clean hardly used pool. Laundry facilities were good and cheap. Short walk to Hayley Park and then on to beautiful botanical gardens on the die of the centre. Loads of eating options nearby too. Cannot fault it. Reasonable rates for peak season if booked in advance.

I have 5/5 for my last stay (room 11) but we had room 3 which is right on the road. It was very noisy but it was comfortable for our needs. If you want a quiet room, don't get 3 or 4.

Great location, easily walkable to many restaurants and Hagley Park. Unit could use some updating. Plastic bag covering something hanging from ceiling. No fan in the unit on a hot Summer day. Good unit for the price.

Staff wasn't exactly friendly apparently me ringing the bell for service was an issue, also the place was under construction and when I queried about it , i was told there are no builders over the weekend so its safe and not going to fall down on me. I was expecting a 2 storey unit per the photos and thats not what was offered so that was a little disappointing. place was also very noisy as we right at the front. otherwise its clean and amenities are provided.

Also yes we are having some exterior work done on the motel this is the last step in our renovations and we apologise for this, we are endeavouring to get this done with as little disruptions to our guests as possible. I liked how they were pet friendly and except for some common instructions there was no dramas. Even having a pet friendly room , it was still so neat. Sofa bed was a bit dirty when we opened it up but we didnt use it. Otherwise overall, we loved the place. A bit of cleaning would help but not a major issue. Friendly custimer service.

Good Morning, Thank you for your review about your recent stay with us. We apologise that this did not go as planned we hoped to have the shower fixed but our after hours Plummer let us down. Also sounds like the cleanliness of the room was not up to our normal standard either which is a disappointment for us. We will look to do better in the furture. Apologies again.

The room was very spacious and clean. The parking is a bit tight, but with a smaller vehicle it was really not an issue to get in and out.
