"This hotel is very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are very big. And the surrounding is very quiet too. The food buffet from breakfast to dinner is a wide variety and very yummy. If you are not one for the buffet the menu is also very inspired. But their best assets are the very helpful and friendly staff. Especially Mayan who goes the extra mile to make sure you are looked after. She was constantly making sure everything was on point. A shoutout too to the hotel manager who made it a point to always come great and make sure my stay was enjoyable. I will surely visit again. "

"Very nice hotel, close to the airport, convenient shuttle service, employees are very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is the rooms are not set up for travelers from North America. Not a single USB port to charge electronics in the room. Unless you have international travel adaptors, you are pretty much toast. "

"Chosen because of the proximity to the airport, but wish we had gone elsewhere. Staff at check-in were unhelpful and unsmiling, rooms were small and although recently painted, it hadn't been particularly well done. Only good thing was the soundproofing. Young guy in bar area was nice, but it felt like he wasn't used to having as many people to serve, felt he was over-whelmed. One of the dishes we ordered failed to appear. Overall, can't recommend this hotel or the staff at all - go somewhere else."
