STAY AWAY! You were warned - here's my experience with this hotel. I booked 3 rooms at this hotel, all pre-paid. My sister arrived at the hotel prior to my arrival and was charged an additional $252 RMB because she asked to be on the same floor as us, NOT to be upgraded My sister also told me that her room didn't include breakfast , now that was another surprise because when I booked the 3 rooms, free breakfast for all 3 rooms was included. I wound up paying an additional 100 RMB for my sister's breakfast. I spoke with the manager about these issues and she told me that my sister's room was upgraded, which it wasn't, and she couldn't refund the money. She also told me that my sister's room didn't include breakfast, even though it did when I booked the rooms. This never happened to me anywhere in the world! Now for the actual hotel, finding the hotel is no picnic but when you finally do, check in is on the 21st floor of a building with all other kinds of businesses and hotels in it, I wish I would have known this. I'm not blaming the hotel for this, I should have done more research. Anyway, after check in on the 21st floor we were given a room on the 17th floor, fine. When we returned to the hotel that evening it took over 30 minutes to wait for an elevator to get to our room because of the line of people waiting to get up-we waited in a lobby with no ac and it was very hot! To top it off the blanket in our room was dirty, had stains on it. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS PLACE!

Room was big and had a nice view. Toilets and sink a bit dark though and small. Everything else was nice.

Staff sympathique et aidant, le site hotels.ca indique une piscine sauf qu il n y a pas de piscine
Le staff a tenté de nous aider et a été très sympathique et compréhensible plus que hotels.ca
Comment hotels.ca ne fait pas de vérification et indique que l hotel a une piscine. On avait choisit cette hotel pour ́a piscine et pas de piscine , assez frustrant
L ascenseur de la hotel est très lent et le soir on a attendu pour pouvoir monter au moins 15 min
