"This hotel my best friend and I call our home away from home. The staff are super friendly and can speak English. I love that you get free bottles of water and then tea/instant coffee. The rooms are cleaned daily. It is beyond close to the subway and walking distance to quite a few popular areas. We have been here for two trips and will continue to use this hotel"

"The suites are very spacious and comfortable for families. The amenities are adequate, was impressed with the full size fridges in the suites, not sure if it's the same for normal rooms. Could be better if basic cooking equipment are provided in the room instead of having to rent (I think it comes with a fee?), and more plates provided (only 1 big and 1 small plate per room no matter how many guests staying in the room. We noticed for cleanliness wise, the hotel's policy seem to be bare minimum only. Housekeeping don't do dishes or clean floors daily, there's also strict guidelines on trash disposal. But overall we are still happy with our 7 night stay."

"This is my first time ever visiting Korea, and for my first night I’m Seoul, I chose to stay here. The staff at this hotel was very friendly, courteous, and helpful during my 1-night stay in June 2026. The workout room in Floor B1 is a bit small but has all the essential machines and dumbbells for a proper workout, which I really appreciate. The breakfast buffet was also fresh, nutritious, and delicious! I very much enjoyed dining there for breakfast. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and I’d love to come back in the future!"
