Boutique Hotel in midst of Myeondong while still being quiet enough at night. Room was quite small, but clean. Staff was nice, all administrative topics where handled very professionally.

Place was clean and in a very good location (close to myeongdong station 9 which seems to be the pickup point for alot of tours). Staff were really nice! I had troubles booking transport between busan -> seoul and they were happy to help out.

The hotel location is very convenient to Myeong-dong walking street. Other than that, the hotel is fairly average and the room is fairly small for a family of 4.

I stayed at the hotel for one night. The location was very convenient, with many dining options and shopping available. The room was spacious; however, the interior was outdated, and there was a strong smell when I entered the room.

Location, location, location

GREAT location. The rooms are a little bit small but I think everything in Korea is a little small. Very clean and had all the amenities. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Would 10/10 stay here again.

The hotel is walking distance from Myeongdong station which makes it easy to get to from the airport. It is also within close proximity to many of the shops and street market. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mr Jung.

Excellent location in Myeongdong - quiet. Shopping, Dining, Subway, Catholic Church are close by. Check in of one room was delayed though - 30 minutes. But that sane room was allowed late check out for a fee.

The hotel is located at the end of Myeongdong. It is quiet, run down and quite noisy during the mid night whereby can hear the people talking around and rubbish truck. The restaurant opposite the hotel is open till late mid-nite, kind of noisy and the spot light directly shine in the hotel room. I will not recommend this hotel. There are many other hotel surrounded the MD street.

Very convenient location, in the middle of Myeong-dong market, shopping/restaurants are everywhere outside the hotel. 5mn walk to Myeong-dong station. Courteous and very friendly staff! Premium bed pillows and mattress! Only one enhancement request: add USB plugs in the room

The location of the hotel is in Myeongdong which is was the best part of staying there. Although the hotel is named the Grand Hotel, I would say that the rooms are not very grand at all. There were many things wrong with it. First, and most importantly, they did not have the AC on, even though that feature is listed on Expedia's website as an amenity. Upon check in, we were told that they do not turn the AC on until summer (they said this was normal for hotels during this season). Well, that was news to us. They told us to open the windows (which let all the outside traffic noise in) .One of us has asthma and a hot room is not very conducive to that condition. We were given a fan instead, which helped a little, but was not what we expected when we booked. The lights are dim and yellow. The shower head sprayed everywhere else except on you because the holes on the spray were plugged from minerals. The cabinet door to the small fridge was broken. If it were not for the convenient location to the shopping at Myeongdong, I would not recommend staying here. There are plenty of other choices in the area. We met others that stayed at nearby hotels and their AC worked just fine (had nothing to do with the season).

We used to stay there pre-Covid and decided to book back here for its convenient location and quiet end of Myeongdong. Very sad to see that they no longer serve breakfast and beverage like they used to. Reception is also often only 1 staff manning.
