「Receptionist seems not very welcoming once we arrived.he was busy at private stuff..only talked to us when we tried to communicate with him. Gonna give 5 stars if receptionists can at least say Bonjour with a smile at the first time we got in the hotel. Great spacious apartment except the broken door of showering room caused leaking. 」

「I got an email two days before leaving stating I had failed to do the checking online. I had no idea I needed to do that. The photos were a bit misleading especially the one of the exterior. Also the Nespresso machine didn’t work」

「No reception; though elevator is very new, it is on 1st floor, which means you need to carry luggage up 1 storey. The room itself is remarkable, functioning AC throughout, 2 toilets and 3 baths for a 2 double beds apartment(and 1 sofa bed), 2 TVs, dining table, cooking space, fridge, kettle and coffee machines, disc player, books, all essential cookwares, wash-dryer, steam iron, excessive hangers, and an extremely detail instruction book on every possible item and recommendation you could think...
