「Friendly welcome. Assigned room next to fellow travellers as requested. Wonderful spacious cosy room with luxurious toiletries. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Reasonably priced evening meal - though small portions were huge! Lovely breakfast, with choice from 3 cooked as well as cereals and toast. Lovely stay. 」

「We stayed in Room 2, The Ercall, it was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and the views were amazing. Excellent attention to detail with good selection of hot beverages in te room. Taxi into Shrewsbury town was £10 and 15 - 20 minutes. The staff at the Riverside Inn are its greatest asset, polite, friendly, knowledgeable bout the local area, made time to chat and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. 」

「I stayed for two nights in the lovely Darwin room. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy, with everything I needed (hair dryer, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, fresh water, toiletries). Breakfast in the mornings was fantastic! Chosen from a menu and freshly made to order it was high quality and non greasy. I thoroughly enjoyed it. 「We had a great stay! What stood out: clean rooms - we had two (spotless), staff were so curteous and pleasant, beds and pillows conforatable, nice walk in hot shower, heating in the rooms was perfect, amenities like the breakfast was wonderful and the parking was useable, although we used the public car park as not to be parked in. Thanks to the front desk manager we put extra time in the metre overnight because the traffic warden is out there before 8 o'colck! 」
