「Absolutely horrible !!! Staff were horrible and the owner was cursing at me and never got the keys to my cabin even after it being paid and money taken out my account !! Waited for 5 hours just to be told “there has been a double booking” and not even getting a refund or any other cabin !!!!
Unprofessional service and behaviour from the owner and the staff ! So disappointed with this company!!!」

「The hut looked really shabby from the outside but, thankfully, it was better inside. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but there were no towels or tea-towels, dishcloths etc. and no tea, coffee etc.
The bed linen wasn’t great, with stains and burn marks on the duvet cover. The mattress was stained.
As a one night stop-over on a bike ride it was OK, just.」
