Wonderfully stay.

Lovely people who own Sea Breeze. Amazing view! Good breakfast and atmosphere. Needs new towels, pillows, mattress and a lamp in the living room.

amazingly friendly

Hotel was very clean and peaceful, with very good breakfast, calm and clean pool and amazing view. it was much more than we expected. so much that we ended up spending time at the hotel. Very speacial thanks to Despina, she has been the loveliest host ever!

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful . Great room and terrace with lovely sea views . The beds are too hard , they were a little better when staff leave several layers of thick blankets under the Sheet. It's a little long walking distance to the nearest tavern .

Had a great stay

Apartments were well maintained, staff could not do enough for us, stunning pool and good breakfasts. We hired a car to drive around the island and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The tavernas etc., are about a 10 minute walk and the beach a short walk away from accommodation.

Long live the Breeze

+Breakfast was delicious! +After the breakfast, we found our room tidied and cleaned up very well, shame on us for the mess. +The room was as big as an ideal flat for couples. And still it wasn't sold as "king size". +Reception was very hospitable that they gave presents such as water, wine, and local soap. They were also very helpful during the breakfast and our departure. +Beach in front of the apartments is tranquille and enjoyable. -Placed far from any public transport, leaving the only option of car rental. -Wine was a bit unpleasant, but still thanks for the present :)

Everything I Hoped For!

I paid a little extra for my sister and I to get an apartment style room with a sea view, and I thought it was worth it! I loved every aspect of this place: the gorgeous view from the balcony, the spotless rooms, the big bathtub, the little beach down below, the sumptuous breakfasts (yes, everyone is right, the homemade orange marmalade is completely delicious), and the kind and helpful hotel manager Despina (I hope I got her name right). It is located a bit off the beaten path; I personally think a rental car is a must to really see Chios and to reach this hotel. But I was glad to find the area did not feel touristy at all. I would recommend this place 100 percent!

Emplacement exceptionnel

Un lieu idyllique et très calme donc reposant. Une vue superbe sur la mer depuis le balcon de l'appartement. L'hôtel est situé en contrebas d'une route très pentue. Il faut un véhicule pour pouvoir se déplacer. La plage près de l'hôtel est une plage de galets et il y a des galets et des rochers dans la mer. L'entretien des appartements est effectué tous les jours. L'appartement est spacieux.La résidence est propre et très bien entretenue. Le petit-déjeuner proposé tous les matins est copieux et varié.

合适全家度假的酒店

走海路从希腊到土耳其，从chios到cesame，在chios停留一天，我订了一间海景房，没想到给了我一整套三层别墅，真的很感动，早餐也很丰盛，绝对的物超所值，可惜我只有一个人，否则全家出动肯定很棒，酒店前面就有一个海滩几乎算得上是私人海滩了，海水特别清澈，适合潜水。别墅有三栋，无线网信号几乎收不到，这是唯一比较遗憾的。

Great Peaceful Getaway

My friend and I had a great time at Sea Breeze Apartments! Upon arrival we were upgraded to a sea view suite, which was a nice surprise! The owner was so kind and helpful and even offered us a ride into town! While the apartments are about 10km out of Chios town (20 euro taxi ride) it makes for a quiet, peaceful stay, with a lovely private beach. Breakfast was fabulous as well! Thumbs up.

Nice hotel,

We met Despina at the reception. She supported us for each question. The breakfast and especially home made jams are delicious. We asked the recipe of orange jam. The hotel room was quite large for family. The view was beautiful. Cleanliness was the best. Just the pool is a little big small. I recomend the hotel for everybody

Hotel tranquillo e confortevole

Siamo stati molto bene in questo hotel tranquillo, dotato di ogno confort e con una splendida vista sul mare. Ci sono i vantaggi e gli svantaggi dell'essere un po' isolato: ciò rende indispensabile un mezzo di trasporto. Quando si prenota accertarsi che l'appartamento sia "vista mare" perchè ce ne sono alcuni semi interrati che non sembrano confortevoli.

Quiet, wonderful sea views, hospitality and value

Great sea views, quiet, clean, excellent value. The owner / manager is *very* hospitable, and very professional. Direct access to nice beach for swimming; nearby Agia Fotini (10 minutes walk) has seaside tavernas, cafes etc. We had ouzo ("kazanisto") and seafood there and it was a Greek summer bliss. Only drawback is that there is no public transportation from/to the port and airport, so you'll need to get a taxi or rent a car if staying for more than a couple of days so that you can venture out to the rest of the island.

We had a lovely time. The room was very clean and well equipped. The service excellent. Breakfast was a good varied selection. Lovely pool. We were very glad we had a car as it is a steep location and a bit far out of town.
