「Great place to stay for the beach and ponies!」

「Spark is very close to the wildlife refuge. Walking distance to Blackfin and McDonald's. Our stay was comfortable and we'd stay here again.」

「We paid the premium to stay at Key West Cottages as compared to other properties in Chincoteague because of the location, property amenities and all of the great reviews. With two young kids we wanted a place we could relax and enjoy without having a schedule or planning too many activities around the island. It met and even exceeded our expectations. We saw them clean the pool each morning and walk around the property to do daily maintenance to keep the property pristine. We all loved the pool...

「Overall our stay was fine. The room air conditioning could have been more robust. Afternoon/ evening sun even with the curtain closed tightly still seemed to tax the A.C with our room facing west. Suggest a traveler request a room facing “east” instead. Our two night stay required us to vacate the hotel at 12:45 am on the second night. Electric Power went out at 12:20am . Room became to hot, so we left and drove several hours late at night to our home.」

「Great central location to be able to walk to local restaurants and shops. Also great spot for beautiful sunset views. Staff was great. They reached out while I was off property to let me know I left my car lights ( flashers) on accidentally and they could provide a jump start should I need one ( which thankfully I did not). All of the staff was very helpful and friendly.」

「The rooms are older but clean. the view from the balcony is fabulous! The pool is newly renovated, super clean, and well maintained. Very handy to walk into town.」
