「The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. 」

「Although we didnt bring our kids, it was nice to see the pool have toys and such for them. We are also hoping the glass is one way glass as there was a wedding going on while we were in the pool lol. Rooms were great. Parking is nice but pricey. Really wish there was a normal continental breakfast within the hotel as breakfast was incredibly expensive for stuff that is at every other hotel. 80 bucks for yogurt and cereal? No thanks」

「left my sunglasses case and called when i got home and i definitely remember exactly where i left it on top of the black fruidge and my case was black also.called twice and said they could not find it.IKNOW I LEFT IT THERE. VERY DISAPPOINTING」

「Staff and room are great! Clean and very welcoming. Breakfast was okay, eggs were cold, directions are needed for the waffle maker and tv. Laundry only has one machine. But we really liked having a big clean room with a couch to sit on. It looks brand new and they are probably working out the problems.」
