「Hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of colonial zone. Walking distance to all attraction. Room is in good size and clean. Shower can be better designed as the water would easier spilled out. and there is no where you can hang the towel. Hotel staff are generally nice. But when we checked in, they never told us about the late afternoon refreshment, neither offered anything when we passed by in late afternoon. Kimpton typically offers refreshment in the late afternoon so I felt odd when there...

「If you are a No Frills, no amenities type of traveler then this place is fine. Expected Internet And it was out for More than 24 hours. We expected a fitness room And there Was none. My room got overlooked and was not cleaned. On one day one the jacuzu was not available. When it became available the following day the water was cold - never heated up. Service was Okay but building was definitely lacking. it was an accident waiting to happen with Loose railings, and Things that did not look safe....

「I stayed in El Beaterio for 4 nights. It’s such a beautiful casa museo located in a quiet area. The room is nice and clean decorated with old maps of La española. The courtyard has lots of sunlight and plants that I enjoyed my breakfast here (though you need to apply mosquito repellent as they are quite active if you come in early morning like 6-8am) Check out the terrace in the early morning and you would get a nice photo with sun rise. The staff here are very nice. I stayed in the room...

「El hotel está muy bien ubicado; sólo que el servicio de desayuno no es bueno, me tocó el desayuno en el Restaurante La Marchanta donde el personal es grosero, atiende de mal modo y no abren a la hora que dicen. En general el servicio es malo en varios lugares de Santo Domingo.」

「302房间是带圆形阳台的，特别棒！在这里住了两天，第一天在304，没有阳台，很幸运第二天换到了304。酒店位于殖民区的中间，在美洲大教堂的旁边，去周围的景点很方便。附近停车位不太好找。」

「Our one complaint about this lovely hotel was the impossible noise at night. The music from the rooftop bar kept us up and required visiting the front desk twice our first night to request they lower the music. Then a lobby argument so loud on our second night seemed headed towards violence. Otherwise, our rooms lived up to expectation as did the location in the colonial area. 」
