「Can’t rate this place enough! The lodges are down the lane so you feel secluded (even with others staying in the lodges I didn’t notice at all) and surrounded by lakes, was great for me and my dog not only to visit the new forest nearby but having such a great ans dog friendly lodge and ample space to take him for quick toilet breaks! My lodge had a hot tub and spa bath too which was enjoyed! The thoughtful touches weren’t un noticed (firewood and instructions, tons of information on local food...

「Superb host and beautiful property. Set in the midst of a working farm it is a delight. Sadly had to cut trip short due to my daughter being unwell (nothing to do with the Farm just to be clear) but highly recommend Thorps Farm if you’re looking for a bit of RnR」

「Two days before arrival we were emailed to say there would be a loud disco below our room until 11.45pm. They offered cancellation but it was far too late to change our visit and rearrange, so we put up with it. The room was ok but wasnt cleaned on the 2nd day. No Breakfast available both days. Pub was loud and noisy, would suit some but not us. Had Friday evening meal in restaurant 1st Friday of December - we were the only two people in the restaurant! Food and service fine, but room...

「Arrived late evening just in time for delicious meal of fresh salad starter followed by beef stroganoff, excellently presented, served, and was delicious. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and early morning shower was the best power shower I've experienced, an excellent start to the day, followed by an well presented and deliciously cooked full English breakfast. Couldn't ask for more!!」

「The room was very clean and comfortable. Quite steep stairs up to the rooms. Fine if you have no mobility issues. The pub is closed on a monday so food and drink unavailable. Lovely breakfast in the morning. I would stay again. 」
