「Very clean room and well maintained - management really good with me wasting there time when I couldn't find the air conditioning controller ( clearly placed on the wall below the air conditioner) or the wifi password which again was on the wall ! Need better glasses but they were very good - will return 」

「Our 3 bed pool view apartment was spacious and comfortable.
Great location - right on the beach and across from the bird park.
The office staff were incredibly helpful .

「The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least.
The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help...
