「We were very impressed by our stay here! Very clean hotel, the staff was super friendly and helpful! The pool was clean and refreshing, after a hot afternoon at the beach! The breakfast was a nice variety, and delicious ! We have previously stayed next door, but will be coming back here, to the Comfort Suites, when we come to St Joe!」

「Check in is not from 11-3 so we got there way too early for no reason. There were no towels at 330, 530,630 at 12:30 they finally gave us two towels for our family of 6. Pretty sad.」

「It appeared the breakfast was short staffed. Not enough food or supplies were on hand. The gal seemed to be working hard but not enough support. Other Fairfield’s have done much better. Also I hope the guy that was sleeping in the breakfast area in the afternoon is ok.」

「The hotel itself is great. The surrounding area is a little concerning. Not going to put blame on the hotel BUT there is a LARGE unhoused community behind the hotel. This is a city/government issue: lack of jobs, resources, housing, education, and etc.」

「We checked in, and later, the power went out. We had to leave. The front desk was neither clear nor helpful. We still have not received credit for our stay or deposit.」

「The hotel itself was nice but the power went out at like 3pm and was out the entire stay so we only got to use the pool for an hour, no breakfast or coffee the next morning, not much emergency lighting in the evening after the sun went down. On top of all that, the fire alarms went off twice. Once at 10pm and once at 2am. We understand the weather was no fault of the staff but things could have been handled differently for guests.」

「Good staff, rooms smelled clean like walking into a hospital, pool was good temperature good for the kids, showers upgraded to walk ins and breakfast was very good compared to others.」

「Location was great. Staff is wonderful, very nice people at the front desk, at the breakfast area they were on top of refilling urging that was empty- very good attention to detail. Overall good stay, need to do some upgrades and carpet had some stains. Over Al it was clean and comfortable and again very close to the dunes and beach.」
