「It's not far to go to city center,restaustant food is good」

「Room was quite spacious but no fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is drinking water in the breakfast area. Location wise, the path to the hotel seems a bit sketchy at night. It’s a 30 min walk to the main attractions. There are lots of things to explore on the way so not bad. Overall a good place to stay at.」

El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.」

「Loved this hotel. We came back 3 separate times as Santiago was our home base. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Shared bathrooms were not a problem and there were enough that it almost felt like we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was delightful and very helpful. 」

Fomos em 4 e não ficamos sem banho quente! A limpeza e arrumação dos quartos adequada! Toalhas trocadas todos os dias. Uma pequena observação para a qualidade das toalhas, que não eram tão boas , estavam desgastadas e um pouco encardidas. Da pra cozinhar tranquilamente! A recepção funciona 24h! E ainda oferecem um lanchinho de boas...

「We stayed here on our first visit to Santiago and found it to be a comfortable and welcoming choice. The location is excellent, with plenty of boutiques, cafés, and restaurants all around within easy walking distance. The room was clean and well-kept, though the wooden floors did squeak a bit. Most of the staff spoke English, which was very helpful as first-time visitors. Parking in the area is difficult, but we didn’t have a car and honestly didn’t need one since everything was close by....
