「The Room On the city side not good, the train station noise whole night nonstop 」

「When we checked in, we were told we were getting one of the “newly renovated rooms “. Upon checking in after a long day traveling, I wanted a bath. I filled the tub and prepared to have my bath and when I turned around to get in it was empty. This newly renovated room had a tub that couldn’t hold water. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, there was a light burned out in the washroom and the TV was as grainy as the 1960s rabbit ear antenna reception. Also, when I checked in I...

「We arrived at 4:00 pm. We were told room not ready& come back in hr. We went out & came back after an hr. We went in room & the bathroom floor was sticky & tub dirty! The sheets did not smell clean. I don’t think room was cleaned at all! My husband & I had to clean tub & sink. I slept on top of sheets. We wanted to use the hot tub as it was closed unfortunately. Very disappointed with stay!」
