The hotel definitely needs some rennovation. The walls have holes, and the elevator is slooow and old. The hair dryer and towels are old(some were ripped). The breakfast is average, but it runs out quickly. The chilaquiles are great though! Staff is nice and beds comfty.

It's a nice place to stay just for business or for pleasure. The pool is clean and warm, they have good food at the restaurant and the employees are nice and kind. I'm sure I'm going come back soon.

Excellent and friendly

They were great to me at the front desk upon arrival. My check in was for 2:00 pm but I got there at 12 pm instead, since i miscalculated my scheduling trip to Chihuahua city, but the lady at the front desk was very understanding and cool about the whole thing and still gave me the key for my room. Other than that, everyone here is very courteous, rooms are very well kept, bathrooms are nice, beds are nice and super comfortable. On top of that, the Hampton Inn hotel here is located in an excellent part where you can appreciate the city and also be able to enjoy yourself during your stay. All in all, I fully recommend the Hampton Inn to anyone that’s visiting Chihuahua city.

The Hotel looks dirty, I always stay here, when traveling, but this time the property looks poorly maintained, elevator area on every floor looks very bad, the sofa on my room had many stains, towels are old and ripped.
