Hotel claims the breakfast starting from 6 AM, however when we arrived the restaurant there was NOTHING but lots people waiting for the food. After 10mins the stuffs were just starting setting.We were in a hurry for catching the bus led us didn’t eat anything at all. That’s really annoying.

Estacionamiento de no fácil acceso sobre todo en horas pico porque se usa como estacionamiento público...también les falta personal en recepción...registro un poco tardado

Room card needs to be inserted & left on the outlet for lights, tv & ac to work, or all will turn off after 20 sec. I was given passes for breakfast but when asked where breakfast was served I was told they were not sure & lady pointed to an empty table by lobby (in the bar area). We left 1 of our cards inserted in outlet to keep ac going but for some reason when we got back to the room temps were 82 (all 3 days, we had to turn it on & off again to make it work) our final night the ac did not work we had to move rooms at 1 am after maintenance came & messed w-thermostat & left had to call again to report same issue, temp in room was 85. Did not get instructions on how to use the chip parking token you use to exit the parking garage, guy outside had to help us. But they did notify us it would be $350.00 pesos charge if we lost it. Random hairs in bathroom & a stained sheet. Very good location and walking distance to Cathedral, parking garage Accross the street very convenient.
