「The room was pleasant and always clean for us after a long day. Breakfast was always on the table before we showed up to the table. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A 10 min walk away from the Plaza de Armas, quite place if you like to stay away from the noise. 」

「I had an excellent time at the hotel. The hotel was very clean, very well priced for a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was included and food was fresh!」

「No nos indicó los servicios que tiene el hotel, no sabemos donde se queda la piscina, ni restaurante. Queríamos un city bus tour pero solo nos dijo el precio, sin saber nada detalle. y el bus tour fue desagradable. 」

「No hot water on several occasions. Front desk clerk sleeping on lobby couch and turned the lights off in lobby and stairs which made it dangerous walking down before sunrise for my tour. Rooms have the worst/nonexistant soundproofing. You will hear everything in the hallway and lobby.」

「The hotel has a great location, very clean. Rooms however, had no sound isolation, combined with open areas across floors made it so sleep was sometimes challenging with music activities in the hotel or early cleaning processes.」
