「We arrive before 6pm but no one in reception taken 30 mins to call for check in.」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「L'appartamento è bellissimo, molto meglio di quanto mostrino le foto. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata, la biancheria da letto è di alta qualità e super confortevole. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi minuti dalle attrazioni turistiche. L'host è stato molto premuroso! Ci tornerei sicuramente!」

「This was a very nice apartment type stay, the host was very good and had suggestions for eating and places to visit. The apartment had a washer and cooking facilities so that was nice, and the location was out of the main tourist area but still in the older parts, so it was quieter but still accessible, there is a beautiful church very close by, and all of veronas main sights are well within walking distance. The apartment is in a renovated older building and is quite beautiful.」
