「Had a really nice stay. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel and grounds were excellent. The Italian garden was looking a bit 'tired' though, but still a nice area. Swimming pool was excellent but the showers in the changing rooms need attention. Our rooms were allocated in the 'Garden Rooms' block which was fine. Nice and spacious. There are plenty of inside areas to sit and relax. Especially the library. The choice of food at breakfast was good but it could...

「Location was good, hotel is very old, tacky, staff at front desk are good but can’t do much and when you ask to speak to the manager, he doesn’t come out on purpose and didn’t even show up the next day. Rooms are very old, no iron and blow dryer in the room. Terrible stay, no AC, the guy at the swimming pool entrance was unhelpful. Not a 4 star hotel, there are 2 star hotels better than this.」
