「Nice, clean rooms. They also have free breakfast in the a.m. and drinks/appetizers in the p.m., but I didn’t choose to get either, so I can’t speak to the quality.」

「Clean hotel, good breakfast and very accommodating staff.」

「Highly recommend」

「This motel has clean and comfortable rooms with a nice, friendly and professional staff. There is a self service breakfast bar near the check-in area. There is also a Denny's restaurant next to this motel for easy dinning. There is easy access to the 99E freeway that goes through Chico which provides quick and easy access to two mall areas, as well as a Walmart store 3-4 miles to the south.」

「The room was very basic, not even a chair. Smelled like stale smoke. Flooring was coming up and uneven. Bathroom was decrepit and old. Toilet barely worked. The pool was closed. We had zero interest to try the continental breakfast after staying in the room.」

「Thank you.」

「Front desk very professional.」

「Transients break into the rooms all the time because the room i got someone took a shower left the rag used. Coffee pot was used. And the bed the sheets were dirty. The bathroom is how they would get in. I hope they upgrade」
