「Check in staff/counter staff very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and free breakfast. Great place to stay. Second time here and will be back - as my daughter goes to Chico State I will be traveling here often.」

「When we checked in, our bath tub looked like someone had just showered after working on a diesel engine. They said it was the "hard water" in Chico and sent someone to clean it. It looked better but not great. They did give us two complimentary breakfast coupons for the dirty bathroom which I found nice, especially since we didn't ask.」

「We got there late, 11p, we had been driving all day. When we got to the room, it was so hot! The window was open, no breeze. It took 3 hours for the room to cool down where we could finally go to sleep. We wen down for breakfast the next morning at 8:30a and there was no coffee left. Property was clean, staff was nice.」

「The room I was given had mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Significant mold. When I complained to front desk, they put me in a new room. The new room was fine but they property could use some updating. You can tell there are folks living there long term. When I arrived two women were smoking cigarettes outside their room. I even saw a cat in one of the rooms windows. Overall it’s generally quiet at night and the room was fine, but they could use some sprucing up. I’m not sure how...

「Don't be misled by the high ratings—they were definitely faked. The carpet was covered in large black stains, and there was a pungent odor in the room. The towels looked like they’d been fished out of a trash can—tattered, stained, and completely worn out... the whole place felt like a refugee camp.」

「Dirtiest property I’ve ever stayed at. Checked out early and the staff did not want to refund the days I didn’t stay. Expedia is also to blame the person helping me was no help at all and just ended our chat. No more Americas Best no more Expedia」
