"Room was clean and staff was nice. I had called to make sure there were EV chargers and upon arrival they were not working. I had to spend nearly two hours charging my car at another location off property. It would have been nice to have been able to relax in the hotel instead."

"My child found a lighter in my room. I don't use lighters, so that made me think the room wasn't clean. There wasn't enough food left at breakfast. I had to go out to eat breakfast. The pool and hot tub are under the tree, and they are full of leaves and pollen. Other than that, it is a nice place ..."
