CP值很高、仁義潭水庫邊很漂亮

游泳池很棒！水很乾淨 救生員也很盡責一直都有注意小孩 早餐很好吃、座位也寬敞 桌球室跟撞球室都玩很久 可惜腳踏車有點歷史悠久不太好騎

Google顯示為四星飯店，但員工的服務熱忱有待加強，飯店的裝潢可以感覺過去的富麗堂皇，但疏於維護許多硬體設備有些許破舊感(房間內床頭櫃，泳池更衣室置物櫃，女子三溫暖水池邊與天花板等)，地點靠近仁義潭不錯，但因此房間有點潮濕

半廢棄飯店半張照片都不想拍

只來電試探是否入住，並告知三溫暖還得穿泳裝，但除夕夜訂房的客人卻吃不到晚餐，有人尾牙包場沒告知。 去完根本廢掉的spa還得拿出泡麵當年夜飯，位於郊外的飯店一點也不貼心。餐廳明明有位置，不能服務至少拿去客房用，這飯店，只剩房務清潔人員態度好而已。櫃台太糟糕，完全沒熱忱。

環境清幽，但奉勸入住前問有沒有人辦活動，因為隔音非常差

check in前台都很友善，親切介紹飯店設施，也有建議用早餐的時間，這點非常貼心。整體上都很棒，但美中不足非常大的遺憾是，某團體到貴飯店住宿，舉辦了他們的室外KTV活動，但是，貴飯店的場地設計，得讓人忍受幾乎無休止境的噪音，從晚上六點多開始，到晚上九點半也沒有結束，打電話到前台，才好不容易安靜。讓其他房客根本無法好好安睡或休息，這不是工作人員的問題，是貴公司當其他房客是透明，誰想出這種會讓客訴到爆的事情發生，前台也很無奈，這需要工作人員去接受嘛!?也沒有任何一句道歉，不清楚設計的場地如此之糟糕，還是不歡迎散客入住。實在是非常遺憾

One of the most worse hotel I ever seen

The pictures on the hotel website are completely different to the reality. The room interiors are very old, the renovation is years ago and the door frames at bathroom is destroyed by mold and the door threshold are totally rusty. Also on the floor to the rooms the roof around the air condition are molded- this hotel needs urgently a general and complete renovation. We will never go again.

在星期五的晚上只放櫃檯一個服務人員，準備入住時還告訴我沒有資料，給他我網路訂房編號還說沒有，就把我晾在一邊，後來我請他再查一次或是跟網路公司聯絡才找到，我那時想在晚上10:00要我上哪去找飯店。 晚上庭園的Live演奏會讓住二樓的客人覺得很吵

The hotel is clean with very spacious room and bathroom. Great free breakfast and free wifi/parking. It's outside Chiayi City right next to the Jen-i-t'an Reservoir. We arrived Sunday afternoon and found a lively crowd on the mile-long dam of the reservoir enjoying themselves. Families were there flying beautiful kites, walking their dogs, and enjoying the street musicians playing various musical instruments. The hotel staff was eager to please. When I asked for night market suggestions, they printed out a list of must-see/must-try stalls at the Chiayi night market for us. A great staging spot for visiting Alishan if you drive.
