舒適又方便的住宿地點
住宿位置因為鄰近機場，飛機起飛時的聲響較大，不過習慣就好，對我不造成影響。從飯店步行出去就有很多餐飲店或攤販，挺方便的。游泳池的清潔再加強一下會更好。飯店員工非常友善，若有問題都很樂意幫忙解決，感覺很好。整體來說，很滿意這次的住宿體驗。

Cannot connect the wifi due to weak signal. Good service from the staff, he relocated the wifi router, but the signal is not good enough to have stable connection. The air conditioner is not cool enough... Good service there but need more maintenance of the facilities

好處：環境優美及尚算寧靜、房間大、泳池大及有1.5米深、有一個男性員工服務態度非常好、自費食品/飲品味道不錯。 壞處：房間整潔度惡劣，洗手間經常發出異味、第二天沒有人清潔房間、第四天當揭起被鋪時發現有大量血跡。

被安排在了一間位於地下的房間，房間上面是游泳池。房間的隔音效果不好，第一晚一直有流水的聲音，不過第二晚就沒有了。另外，可能酒店位置較偏僻，房間裏竟然有昆蟲，蚊子也比較多。 說完缺點再來說說優點吧。首先泰國人都很熱情純樸，讓人感到親切。酒店提供的早餐很好吃，尤其是炒金邊粉和咖喱雞，真心美味！ 總的來說，房間的舒適度有待提高，1樓的房間都不推薦入住，但是酒店的服務態度不錯。

Reception staff welcomed us warmly and made us feeling back home. Although not a buffet breakfast, but many kinds of foods provided to order and delicious. The hotel also provided free shuttle bus to airport. We stayed the hotel two nights. No plane noise in the midnight even near the airport. We really loved to stay here and will come back again.

我們一行十五人，11個大人，四個小朋友訂了六間房，這間酒店要求我們加床費會為千五銖一晚，但最終傾了500銖，酒店隔音超級差，有聲，飛機聲，泳池天黑後沒有燈，不會再來住！

CP高的酒店
環境不錯，入住的是三樓池景的房間，整體來說這價錢CP值很高。門口接待的服務員很禮貌友善。如果下次有機會再到清邁，也會選擇這酒店，并且試下pool access的房間！ 位置可能是比較不方便，走路出去還是可以走到有美食的地方，慢慢走也可以走到maya mall。 前台可以幫忙租摩托車，300baht 起一天，預訂後30分鐘左右會有人把摩托車送到酒店門口。在門口用grab找車子換酒店，馬上便有車。清邁市區很小，而本我比較喜歡寧曼路，maya，南門夜市那邊，所以基本上并沒有覺得這家酒店很偏。

離機場十分鐘左右，往旅遊景點有酒店有專車（50baht一位），都是十分鐘左右時間，環境不錯，房間大，空間足夠，員工非常友善，值得一試

酒店職員很好很幫忙，環境清潔舒適，早餐種類多和好吃，地點距離機場很近大約10分鐘，不過距離市中心比較遠，而且因為近機場所以很吵，飛機升降頻繁，如果一點聲音就睡不到的人就要好好考慮一下了

其實很不錯的，不過水壓太細了，這點扣了很多分，早餐都不太多東西吃，冷氣時凍時唔凍，會訓到熱醒，房間執房有點大意，毛巾沒有換新，垃圾桶沒有換，這幾點有代改善！

服務有瑕疵的天堂
訂戶前已知道位置較偏僻，由大街步行到酒店有幾分鐘路程，沿途會經過住宅區，所以也算安全。整體環境和設施都令人滿意，可享受休閒養生生活。 只是訂了最高價的池畔房間，卻在很多空房間下仍分配到最偏遠的房間，沒有景觀，也因太偏遠而接收不到WiFi訊號，提出換房間要求，卻要另加費用，所以在這種不太高興的心情下住了三天，後來發現有很多同類房間都空出來，卻不願意提供改善的服務。 此外，在退房時因為有一條毛巾染了生果顏色，聲稱不能清潔，要收十多美元費用，結果我要親自回到房間，在服務員面前洗乾淨了毛巾，事情才能解決。 所以整體來說覺得這酒店很喜歡以金錢來解決問題，更太斤斤計較，並不以滿足客人為先。

Don't like the walls inside the room at all. No sunshine reach the Ground Floor rooms. Not recommended to stay in this type of room. Swimming pool is clean and spacious. There is no spa existed. Surrounding area of this hotel is not pretty. No complimentary bus to Maya Shopping Centre. Have to pay Baht 50 per person per way. Open shower design made water spilling all over the toilet floor. Breakfast is acceptable.

服務ok但設備糟糕
住一樓，但其實是地下室，浴室沒有乾濕分離，淋浴洗澡的蓮蓬頭沒有熱水，只有浴缸的水龍頭有熱水，到處都在整休，真的讓人覺得不可思議，但服務人員很盡責，很努力在維持運作。

在清邁入住這間酒店係最正確的選擇，整個入住體驗都非常不錯。員工態度親切，有免費早餐，款式不算太多，但都美味可口，係泰國菜同西式早餐。員工仲會細心問你是否需要熱牛奶，值得一讚係每個員工都盡心盡力照顧，有親切的笑容，令你十分忘憂。他們會說流利的中英文。 房間整潔面積大，傢俬木製，床是公主床，露台可以望到泳池，夜景更加美觀，令人十分放鬆。特意選這間，是較大自然風格，整體感覺十分隨意，沒有大型豪華酒店的冷冰感和格式化。 酒店提供機場接送，收費為300泰銖，係冷氣的私家車。酒店在古城和尼曼區附近，所以去兩處都只是10分鐘車程，按人頭收費，約港幣十蚊。 唯一可改善是回覆電郵有點慢，因為要聯絡酒店才可訂機場接送。另外，如果有旅客報團，可幫忙檢查名字較好，避免出錯。

不想住大厦式酒店,想住渡假村.又不想離景點和市區太遠,很幸運找到這間地點在尼曼區和老區之間,不算遠,離機場15分鍾車程(約200泰銖一輛車)價錢不貴,房間又大的渡假村. 最喜歡是厠所,超大,每晚都可以浸浴! 步行約15~30分鐘就到(視乎步速),坐車(一輛車)也是100泰銖左右.我們每天都是叫車(APP "Grab"--好用) ,推介!

There are some mosquitos in room all the time but the cleanliness is great and the services also, the staff is helpful for calling car for us. There are some promotions of massage and not very expensive, I recommend it.

要入住之前，也是看了很多評論，畢竟要住三個晚上，但還是決定給一次機會，如同評論上所說的，浴室因為沒有特別將淋浴隔開，所以洗澡的時候，的確會讓地板濕濕的，但其實覺得也還好，可以接受。 然後房間的選擇，如果大家選擇是比較優惠價格的，就有可能是1樓的房型(但我覺得說是B1比較適合)，因為跟泳池平面的那層，其實是他們的2樓，如果要住2~3樓，就要加價升等，這是我一開始沒有預想到的，但後來因為他們的服務真的是太好了，所以我覺得住1樓，就也沒差了。 飯店的設施不算新，也不算舊，整體來說滿乾淨的，但因為我住的是1樓，所以一進門時，房間會有股悶濕氣味，但冷氣立馬開到最強，然後噴一下香水，出去外面逛一下飯店的環境，再進門，接下來的幾天，就沒有這個問題了。蚊子的問題，我個人覺得還好，可能是都有自備防蚊液，然後開關門也都很快速，所以沒有這個困擾。 飯店的位置，我覺得很適中，因為飯店會有保姆車載你出去，這個我真的要大推，他們雖然有列出一些可以去的地點，但原則上，古城區、或是尼曼路上的任何地方，他們都可以從飯店載你去，我開口尋問要去的地點，他們都沒有拒絕過，當然回來飯店，你要自已搭雙條車或是其他方式。 早餐的部分，我覺得算有誠意啦，每天都會有一點點小變化，但主要的餐，像炒粿條、炒青菜這一類的，都很固定。 整體來說，我覺得CP值算是高的。

Small resort but good swimming pool. Taxi drivers don't know the way to the resort, little bit far from the city centre. Hotel provide free shuttle to various places, but you need to make your own way back to the hotel as the shuttle is one way services. OKAY breakfast, you can order from the menu or you can get some bread or juice at the buffet bar. Staffs were nice and polite. Room was big and clean, very quiet and comfortable, recommended.

距機場只有十分鐘車程, 酒店有免費單程小巴去夜市,古城及機場及尼曼路. 酒店可揀二樓及三樓,地下沒有露台, 比較陰暗

飯店位置優越，員工友善熱情。
這間飯店的地理位置非常棒，無論是前往機場、古城區或尼曼區，都能在10分鐘內到達，相當方便。飯店除了提供機場接送服務之外，也免費載客至5公里內的任何地點。服務人員非常熱情友善，當我們需要協助，像租機車、電話預訂SPA等，他們都不遺餘力滿足我們的需求，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。

住宿環境相當舒適；房間設施齊備，唯牀頭燈位置比較遠，使用起來不方便；早餐豐富，多水果，咖啡一流；有專車送客人到古城各處或機場，每小時一班，可惜只限單程；到機場只需15分鐘車程；服務員有禮；唯住宿期間，房間用不到Wifi，而大堂Wifi速度也相當緩慢；而步行15分鐘距離內的地方也比較荒蕪一點。
