Nice hotel. Recommended.
The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. They clean the room well everyday. There are two options for breakfast, either Thai or Western. Both are tasty. Location is also quite good, near two night markets.

Enjoy our stay here
Everything here is so good, including the deco, design, environment, food and staff, etc. They provide some tea, coffee, mango smoothie and cookies in the afternoon. You can have them in your room and also in the pool :). The guests here are fewer because they only have 12 rooms. The atmosphere is quite cozy and restful. I am sure to recommend it to my friends who are going to visit Chiang Mai. Also, I think I will be back soon.

It's a good experience for us to live here during our stay in ChiangMai. Even though the jacuzzi of our room didn't work, however, the nice hotel night shift staff immediately found the solution for us. For the tourist would like to stay in the quiet environment, I will recommend Amata Lanna. Btw, all the hotel staff always wear smile and provide the good service is what impressed most and thanks for all their help.

第一次遇到服务如此恶劣的酒店
各位想要入住此酒店的朋友请一定要三思再三思。这个民宿的环境虽尚可，但是我和朋友还是第一次遇到服务如此恶劣、管理如此霸道像对犯人一样对待客人的民宿，我们三个女孩子晚上入住，酒店老板说要加收第三人的费用，我们应承好说第二天早上再支付，结果酒店老板派人一直守在我们的房间门口，不停地敲门说要立即支付费用，否则要立刻赶我的朋友出去，不能呆在酒店，然后在晚上十点多甚至十一点多分别让服务生、老板还自己不停打电话到我们房间，语气恶劣，指责我们根本不是他的客人甚至使用了某些很不礼貌的用语等等。 住过这么多酒店或民宿，我们从来没有遇到过这样奇怪、服务态度差到直接气走客人的民宿，如果各位想要一段愉快的假期，请千万慎重考虑，这位老板不知道会怎样颐指气使。

6 senior golfers from Hong Kong, stayed 10 nights.
A very special antique and wooden boutique hotel with beautiful and quiet environment. Staffs were friendly and helpful with lots of smiles. We enjoyed the breakfast time there too. Many choices of food with unlimited supply.

Very relaxing and comfortable
The retreat was an excellent place to stay. The staff was incredible, the grounds were gorgeous and the room was quite nice. It was a little farther walk then I expected (doable, but took 10-15 minutes to get anywhere) but that is my only slight complaint. And there were always taxis available on the street, so it really was not a problem.

Great Hotel
The property is a historic old building in the older section of town which allows you to walk to many attractions. Room was really comfortable and the property was restored keeping the original structure while also ensuring that everything on site is up to a world class standard. We would not hesitate to book at the property again.

Love and shall recommend
I love this hotel. Superb friendly staffs who dealt with my endless questions. Great locality minutes walk to night bazaar and lots and lots of massage. Great breakfast and cheap meal at the hotel if u r too tir3d of walking as well. Has a clean pool tho we did t get to use it, personally due to all the talk abt virus in asia during the time of our stay. Love the cozy patio to sip our tea outside the room as well.Only let down was the ac was super loud on the last night but we didnt have a chance to inform the hotel.

I loved my stay here so so much. The staff was so amazing and kind and everything was very clean. The setting was beautiful and felt like paradise. The breakfast was super delicious and I was so excited to eat it every morning. The location was perfect and we walked to Old City every day from the hotel. My boyfriend and I both talked about how we would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you so much to everyone at Amata Lanna!!!

Loved this place! Wonderful staff- so friendly, attentive, and genuine. Beautiful room and property. Great breakfast, nice pool (though a little too cold in December to swim!) Nice location away from the busy traffic of Old Quarter, but a nice walking distance from the action, and a short walk to the night market.

The staff was the best ever and very attentive to us. The room was gorgeous. The only issue we encountered was a sewer smell in the room. The staff constantly burned incense for us and offered to change rooms which we appreciated.

Best service
Service was very good. As it is a small hotel the reception which is 24 hours is just a few steps away. So it's really convenient. Very friendly and helpful, best service. Tea and coffee served to the room anytime you need it. However hotel forgot to arrange pick up at airport though confirmed by email. There is construction ongoing so is dusty and noisy in the day. We had issues with smell in the room but they allowed us to switch room. Breakfast selection is from the same menu everyday so may be a bit boring if staying long.

Amata Lanna is a wonderful boutique hotel that takes great care in all aspects of your stay. I really enjoyed mine. Beautiful place, great hosts, perfect location!
This hotel is amazing. Small, with beautiful grounds, and wonderful teak-accented rooms. Everything was perfect. The location meant overall quiet (some traffic noise, but it quickly blends into the sounds of the fountains...), but easy walks to tons of stuff, including Ping River and the eastern part of the old town. We absolutely loved our three-day stay. Breakfasts are amazing, and everyone who works there was incredible. Stay here!!!

６月に３泊しました。 最初に案内された部屋が、入り口左の１階の部屋で、中庭から丸見えのため、部屋替えをお願いしたところ快く２階の部屋にしていただきました。ただこの部屋のテレビが故障で映らない旨伝えたところ、別棟の２階の部屋に再度変更となりました。スタッフは大変好意的で、誠実に対応してくれます。 部屋は広く、バスはジェットバスで快適でした。エアコンは日中だと少し能力不足でした。 朝食は、２，３種類から選ぶ形式で３泊するとちょっと飽きるかもしれません。 スタッフの対応は、最高でしたが、エアコン、テレビなどの設備がちょっと古いようです。

ホテル自体も良いですが、スタッフの方が親切丁寧でとてもこ居心地よく過ごせました。 笑顔が素敵で親しみのある対応に大満足です はじめ、間違えて系列の別ホテルへ行きましたが、そちらのスタッフのお姉さんも親切でとても良かったです。親身になって対応してくださり本当に助かりました。

This is a wonderful boutique hotel that gave us a sense of seclusion while not being too far from the Old City. We enjoyed starting off each morning with their delicious made-to-order breakfast and appreciated the staff's help arranging a couple of impromptu excursions. The staff was very attentive and could not have been nicer throughout our entire 5 night stay. Our room was spacious, but was starting to show need for attention (particularly the tiles in the bathroom). We often opted for tuk tuks or hired cars to get to attractions or the Old City, because it is a bit of a walk to reach most places. That aside, we very much enjoyed our stay here because it provided a safe, quiet, and charming place to recharge each night.

방이 12개인 작은 부띠크 호텔. 대형 호텔과는 다른 재미를 느낄 수 있다. 직원들이 매우 친절하다. 풀바에서 커피,차등 소프트 드링크가 무료 제공된다.
