very comfortable and clean room, my grand baby loves the pool especially. stayed in there until her fingers were wrinkled LoL second time staying here and she always enjoys herself. Always a nice lil getaway just to relax and shop at #Sams for a few household essentials and such. Great visit.

The beds are not comfortable and the pillows are very hard.. the towels are very old and seems that they have never been replaced. Apart from that, the area seems safe

Great location, some rooms and property has been fixed up a bit but needs an overhall, especially the pool. Resturant closed during covid and hasn't reopened. That part of town could benefit from a simple resturant with good food at fair prices and a relaxing bar. Gran Marlon has a glass box resturant but its neither cheap nor very inviting. Hot water for a shower seems better but sometimes in the AM there is none. In the day taxis are cheap and easy to find but at 5 pm, or in the rain, or at night you can really get stuck. Chetumal needs more taxis!

Most rooms on first floor were with mold, due to the pool being in the center of hotel that builds lots of moisture, the staff relocated us to the second floor which was ok and yet we end up sick and having antibiotics for a week,
