Our stay at Hotel Los Cocos was perfect. The hotel is clean, safe and quiet. There is parking and a restaurant on site. The hotel has a pool and a hot tub. You can also walk downtown for shopping, banking or dinning. We recommend Hotel Los Cocos and will stay there again when we visit Chetumal.

Room furniture was sparce, no dressers or luggage rack. Everything else was fine. Good restaurant has diverse menu.

this hotel is located in a good area where you are walking distance from restaurants, the seaside, stores ,market etc. The staff very friendly and helpful. however the hotel itself needs some up keeping its starting to look wear out.

Property had a great price and location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My sleep wasn't comfortable as they only provide two very small pillows for the beds. The pillows are about half the size of standard bed pillows. The sink also had a slow running drain and there was visible signs of mold on the ceiling above the beds and in the restroom.

I've been to this hotel 21 years ago. There is still a waiter from this period who I recognizes. In the meantime the hotel has very modern and new rooms, and - to be honest - the old rooms a a very little bit outdated now. But staying honest: What do you expect for a super´price of 45$? The important thing is the cleanliness, friendly people and a very good restaurant

We liked that it was downtown, yet the rooms were quiet. The hotel is nice overall but the shower stall is small and the internet was not reliable. The pool was clean but had too much chlorine. For the price and location we would return.
