5/5 - Excellent
I used to live in Chester. I came back to move some items from storage. Not much was open this time, due to COVID-19, but the Chester area is great, has everything you need close by and is a short drive to many VA attractions.

Too much construction going on! Pass the Cracker Barrel twice, trying to get thru construction barrels to find entrance.
My family is the only reason I go. I have never been a fan of any of the towns near Richmond. People dont seem very friendly and there's a dark vibe there (poverty, selfishness or both).
Foreign people getting rich off hard working class Americans when they refuse to refund your money when u cant help the fact your called away on business
