「The room had an odor. The A/C was in disrepair- the compressor was not working. The water closet in the bathroom was leaking after flushing. They did not have another room available . We arrived at 3pm and left in the evening. We made the complaint to the front desk and informed them we were leaving and wanted a full refund. They said they understand and will be available when discussing with Expedia but we had to call Expedia first. I called Expedia last night and made the complaint and...

「The place is pleasant and quiet, though there are a few minor issues; if they were fixed, it would be a 5-star experience. For instance, the toilet seat wasn't properly secured, and the fabric on the headboard was torn. I’d rate it 4 out of 5.」

「The check-in counter was inside a small window with glass (so a glass-room !!). There are not enough facilitated inside the room and I ask for an hot-pot (boiled hot water) but the lady refused. She gave me the wrong room with single bed which is other's name, but changed after we (2 persons) told her. 」

「Great room. Beautiful property. They could use a proper coffee setup. Not the push button machine at a higher end place like this. Very happy overall. Will be back.」
