Nice hotel overall, stunning outlook on the lake but the hotel is very dated and needs a refurb to make it a true 5* hotel and experience. Everything was great, the rooms are spotlessly clean and you have everything you need. A huge thank you to the receptionist for helping me with checkout and finding me Paulo to assist me with my luggage. I’d definitely recommend a stay here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
