「Section 8 hotel Room smells like body odor. I asked if there were any other rooms. She said no. No hot water in the shower for the morning. People walking around either drunk or on drugs screaming. I really want my money back ! But I was locked in to the no refund policy. There should be no back out restrictions when it’s obviously not a safe accommodation. Reviews were mixed so I was aware but again, not able to back out 」

「My stay was good, Cleanliness was good and the cleaning staff was wonderful and very helpful. The front staff were also helpful. Most of the time I could not tell the difference between staff or clients. The food staff had uniform shirts on, so I knew who to talk to. The front staff mostly wore t-shirts and nothing saying they work there. It was a little confusing about who to approach. 「It was a fair price for a quick place to stay near the CSU. 」

「1st impression: Felt unsafe and had a musty stench in the air. Beds were made in a very disheveled manner. Ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t get more until housekeeping got there which was after we had to check out. No shampoo or conditioner provided. Good points: Appreciated having an elevator. Air conditioner / heater ran well. It was nice to have a kitchenette even though we didn’t use it. 」
