「酒店人员服务不错。看到我又带幼龄儿童让我提早入住。可是安排到的房间不太干净，一进屋风扇是开着的，当一关的时候看到很厚的灰尘在风扇那里，冰箱厨里有灰尘，电视开不到大声，没有保险箱，褒水的厨门也残旧到要塌了。厕所浴缸墙和上方也肮脏。希望酒店能注意注意。毕竟要住两晚或者以上感觉满难过的。而且第一晚的枕头套也有点肮脏。可是个人满喜欢外面的风景。希望下次入住会很更好」

「It was a bad trip for my family. Although it has been refunded but seriously its a trauma for my family. The resort was a abandoned resort. Closed and not operated anymore and I made a booking without knowing it.」

Then after the stay is complete again it took them so many days till they eventually refund our deposit. Just annoyed because they basically didn't have responsibility. 」
