Super Annoyed
"Have stayed at this building many times, this host is very annoying, so many messages just to get our entry card details from the post box which is normally a super simple process via other host. Then after the stay is complete again it took them so many days till they eventually refund our deposit. ..."

"It was a bad trip for my family. Although it has been refunded but seriously its a trauma for my family. The resort was a abandoned resort. Closed and not operated anymore and I made a booking without knowing it."
