アクセス良く、リーズナブルな価格で快適だと思う。たまたまかもしれないが、Wi-Fiが故障しており、客室フロアでは使えなかった。前払いしていたのに何故かチェックアウト時に請求された。勿論、払わなかったが危うく二重払いするところだった。

Good enough!

Great location--very close to the #2 Metro Line; banks, restaurants and a shopping center. Small, but was comfortable enough with a comfortable bed. Highly recommended for saving some money when :good enough" works well.

Great foreigner-friendly option close to airport

I first used this hotel last year when my originally booked hotel wouldn't accept overseas guests. I've since returned three more times. Although the staff don't speak a lot of English, they are always friendly. The rooms are good, clean and modern, with good Wi-Fi. The hotel has a little coffee shop, and an onsite self-service laundry, which I haven't found too often in China. Location is very good too, very handy for the airport, a taxi is between 40 and 50 RMB. Closest Metro station is about a 10 minute walk (Tongzilin), and there is a shopping centre only 5mins away, with a supermarket as well as Western chains such as Starbucks, KFC and Subway.

I chose this hotel because it was close to where I needed to go and it wasn't too expensive. I had a number of issues with this hotel. Firstly, they denied they had received my booking and then I had to call Australia at my expensive to sort it out (it was the hotels fault not Hotels.com fault in the end). I was then given a room with a smoke smell, an ashtray and a sign that said "no smoking in bed". When I asked to change rooms they did offer me another room but the door would not open, so I used the first room! Inside my room the bed was uncomfortably hard, even by Chinese standards. The room also had a fake climate control / room temperature adjustment that didn't actually change the temperature at all. Only saving grace was that the front staff were very polite. Even though they lost my booking, as I arrived late they let me check in a sort out the issue the next day.

We were told that our room is on smoking floor when we check in. We requested to view the room & it is acceptable. We were given a high floor. The room is comfortable and clean. 10 min by bus 49 to Chengdu South train station (CNY2). Directed by friendly staff to the bus stop.

エクスペディアからホテルへの予約・支払い済み情報が行っておらず「予約無し」の状態であったが、まずは宿泊させてもらってから確認作業をしていただいた。初めての中国旅行で不安であったが、スタッフ総出での対応に安心させられた。

英語が話せる親切なスタッフ

フロントには常時英語が話せるスタッフがおり、様々な相談に親切に応対していただきました。ロケーションは最寄りの地下鉄Tongzilin駅から徒歩7〜8分、コンビニもホテルから徒歩3分圏内に数店あります。高級ホテルではありませんが、部屋も清潔に保たれており、宿泊費用を抑えながら長期滞在したい方にお勧めします。

Stayed here many times and each time the air con is getting weaker and weaker. This time it just didn't work.
