"Parking was so confusing and all of the streets are one way streets. The person at the front desk wasn't sure about parking options so I wasn't sure if I had parked somewhere I wasn't supposed to - and if my car would be there in the morning."

"Clean room, good, polite staff and excellent options for breakfast. As a muslim you get a lot of halal breakfast menu, unlike hotels in Niagara. Only con was not enough life jackets for kids at pool. "

"The staff was amazing! We had an extremely long travel day and they were so warm and welcoming. We upgraded to a beautiful, huge suite with a great view. The couch was actually comfortable, which is probably a first in my experience lol. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was amazing, featuring 2 showers, the bar fridge was so efficient. Breakfast was good, for buffet style serving. We booked through a third party, but when staff learned we are Marriot members, they treated us like we had booked directly through them. This is our third Marriot stay in three months and we are so grateful we became members! "
